THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Njuguna Gitau, of P.O. Box 1460, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0329 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kiambogo/Kiambogo Block 2/11875, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land provided that no objection has been received within that period.
