THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Bwari Getugi (deceased) and (2) Onchonga Rangondi (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.5 hectares or thereabout, situate in Kisii County, registered under title No. Nyaribari Chache/B/B/Boburia/2438, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
