REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Bankosky Kitonga, of P.O. Box 1, Machakos in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land, situate in the county of Makueni, registered under title Nos. Konza South/Konza South Block 5(Konza)/5365 and 5339, by virtue of a certificates of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificates of title issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue replacement titles provided that no objection has been received within that period.
