REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Minetti Marcello, of Loc. Fornace Di San Massimo N. 6 Crixia-SV-17058, Italy, is registered as proprietor of leasehold ownership interest of all that Villa No. 22, erected on a parcel of land, known as Portion No. 3395-Malindi, situate in the Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 59245, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
