REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Felistus Wanza Mbole, of P.O. Box 11353-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that Apertment Bo. E in Block 12, erected on the piece of land, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, known as L.R. No. 209/20263, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 158157/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease opened thereof lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period..
