IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 179 (4) of the Insurance Act, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury re- appoints— Under paragraph (a)— Simon Mbugua – Chairperson, Under paragraph (g)— Diberious Shikuku Wafula, as the Non-Executive Chairperson and Member of the Board of Directors of the Policyholders Compensation Fund, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 22nd May, 2026.
