NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1044, in Volume D1, Folio 145/1484, File MMXXVI, by our client, Pamela Jean Gordon (guardian), on behalf of Jacks Gordon-Moore (minor), of P.O. Box 1013–00621, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Jackson Peter Gordon Moore, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Jackson Peter Gordon Moore, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jacks Gordon-Moore, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jacks Gordon-Moore only.
