NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1063, in Volume D1, Folio 146/1488, File MMXXVI, by our client, Wangui Gikonyo Gathimba, of P.O. Box 416–20117, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Rosephine Wangui Mutahi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rosephine Wangui Mutahi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Wangui Gikonyo Gathimba, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name, Wangui Gikonyo Gathimba only.
