NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 417, in Volume D1, Folio 121/1259, File MMXXIV, by our client, Evans Ephantus Mbindyo Matuku, of P.O. Box 16– 90201, Mutomo in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ephantus Mbindyo Matuku, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ephantus Mbindyo Matuku, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Evans Ephantus Mbindyo Matuku, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name, Evans Ephantus Mbindyo Matuku only.
