REGISTRATION

Whereas Ali Ngati Hassan, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.30 hectare or thereabouts, situated in Taita/Taveta County, registered under the Title No. Voi/Ndara ‘A’/4922, and whereas the Chief Magistrates Court at Voi, in ELC. Case No. E16/2023 vide a decree dated the 29th May, 2024, ordered and decreed that Ali Ngati Hassan execute the transfer forms in favour of Francis Kimani Mwaura and avail all requisite documents to effect the transfer, and whereas Ali Ngati Hassan has refused to surrender the original land title deed for cancellation, notice is given that the land title deed held by Ali Ngati Hassan, shall stand cancelled and of no effect and that I shall issue a new land title deed to Francis Kimani Mwaura.
