THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Paul Mwau Maingi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Kwale, known as Kwale/Shimba Hills/2372, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Kwale in Succession Cause No. E.57 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Annah Kithei Mulinge and (2) Musei Joseph Kilela, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Paul Mwau Maingi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 respectively, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Paul Mwau Maingi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
