THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Taplelei Siringot (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the county of Kericho, known as Kericho/Ainamoi/43, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kericho in Succession Cause No. E255 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Joseph Kipkemoi Kogo, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Taplelei Siringot (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and a issue land title deed to the said Joseph Kipkemoi Kogo, and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Taplelei Siringot (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
