THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Clement Likhambi Ligare (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Isukha/Shitoto/1165, situate in the Kakamega County, and whereas the administrator in Succession Cause No. E152 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Moses Shijenje Ligare, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Clement Likhambi Ligare (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of R.L. 40 and R.L. 50, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Clement Likhambi Ligare (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
