THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Robin Davis (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 3.24 hectares or thereabout, known Kajiado/Kitengela/2694, situate in Kajiado County, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 1699 of 2009, has issued a grant in favour of (1) Bridget Elsie Davis and (2) Charles Philip John Davis to be registered as administrators and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of a new title deed and proceed with the registration in favour of the said administrators, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said John Robin Davis (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
