THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Thuo Nganga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.466 hectares or thereabout, known as Naivasha/Mwichiringiri Block 1/76, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Naivasha in Succession Cause No. 23 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Margaret Wangari Thuo, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deeds to the said Margaret Wangari Thuo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Thuo Nganga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
