THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mukura Kamau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 1.55 and 11.25 hectares or thereabout, known as Gilgil/Karunga Block 3/702 and 673, respectively, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Githunguri in Succession Cause No. 30 of 2013, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour (1) Jane Waitherero and (2) Isaack Njiriri Mukura, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deeds to the said (1) Jane Waitherero and (2) Isaack Njiriri Mukura, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mukura Kamau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
