REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Fredrick Maina Kimenju (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.10 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, known as Kiine/Sagana/3178, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Baricho in Succession Cause No. 450 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Benson Waiguru Kimenju (ID/11598250), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Benson Waiguru Kimenju (ID/11598250), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Fredrick Maina Kimenju (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
