THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Godfrey Wambugu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.335 hectares or thereabout, situate in district of Nyeri, known as Gatarakwa/Gatarakwa Block I/352, and whereas in the Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Kajiado in Succession Cause No. E55 of 2021, has issued letters of administration to (1) Rose Wangui Ndiritu and (2) Martin Irungu Wambugu, as the administrators and Rose Wangui Ndiritu as the beneficiariy, and whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of the piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of the (1) Rose Wangui Ndiritu and (2) Martin Irungu Wambugu, as the administrators and Rose Wangui Ndiritu as the beneficiariy, and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said David Godfrey Wambugu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
