THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Ngethe Njuguna alias John Ngethe (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.1 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, known as Dagoretti/Thogoto/288, and whereas as the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Limuru in Succession Cause No. 133 of 2015, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Salome Muthoni Ngethe and (2) George njuguna Ngethe, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said John Ngethe Njuguna alias John Ngethe (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 19 and L.R.A. 7 and issue land title deed to (1) Salome Muthoni Ngethe and (2) George njuguna Ngethe e, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said John Ngethe Njuguna alias John Ngethe (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
