THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francis Githinji Kibe (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.30 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Gatundu, known as Kiganjo/Kiganjo/731, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 1456 of 2000, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation to (1) Joseph Kimotho Githinji (ID/24112229) and (2) Thomas Kibuna Githinji (ID/21882540), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered foe cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters and issue a land title deed to (1) Joseph Kimotho Githinji (ID/2411222) and (2) Thomas Kibuna Githinji (ID/21882540), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Francis Githinji Kibe (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
