GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7285

WHEREAS Charles Okal Changwe (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kisumu/Kadero Got Nyabondo/3740, situate in the district of Kisumu, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kisumu in Succession Cause No. E424 of 2021, has issued grant in favour (1) Kennedy Odoyo Ongadi and (2) Rosebell Akinyi Obuya, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Charles Okal Changwe (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 as per the grant and the certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Charles Okal Changwe (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
