THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Ngugi Kiburu, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land 0.23 hectare or thereabout known as Miti Mingi/Mbaruk Block 3/616 (Barut), situate in the district of Nakuru, tand whwreas in the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru, in Case No. HCFMISC/E12 of 2026, has ordered that Elizabeth Wangui Ngugi as guardian to the proprietor, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33(5) of the Land Registration Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
