GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7251

WHEREAS Fredrick Samuel Jessel, is the registered proprietor ofall that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 10366, situate North of Nanyuki Town, by virtue of grant registered as I.R. 21520/1, and whereas this office has established that Norman Omar Willy fraudulently misrepresented documents of Succession by false pretense, procurement and registered transfers through fraud, to himself vide Succession documents of grant letters dated 16th August, 2021 and confirmation of Grant dated 25th May 2017, and whereas this office has issued adequate notice to Norman Omar Willy to surrender the said fraudulent documents of title for cancellation under section 14 (a) and section 79 (2) of the Act and the regulations thereof but he declined to do so and whereas Fredrick Samual Jessel has produced the original grant in respect of the parcel which this office has authenticated as the genuine document in respect of the parcel that form part of the records held at the central lands registry, Notice is given that the notices gazetted in the name of Norman Omar Willy are deregistered and cancelled.
