THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Irene Wambui, of P.O. Box 124, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the Naivasha Township in the Nakuru District, known as L.R. No. 1144/752, and whereas Small Enterprises Finance Company Limited is registered as Chargee, and whereas by virtue of a transfer by Chargee instrument duly executed by the Chargee in favour of Evan Kageche Boro, and whereas the administrators of the estate of Evan Kageche Boro being (1) Mary Wanjiru Kageche, (2) Nancy Nyokabi Kageche, (3) Esther Wanja Kageche and (4) Sammy Muraya Kageche have applied for the reconstruction of the land register, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register thereof is lost/destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, property register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period..
