REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Kimani Mwega, of P.O. Box 59442, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land, known as L.R. 5982/18, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi area, by virtue of a conveyance, registered in Volume N56, Folio 4, File 17166, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said conveyance has been lost, notice is given that after the expiry of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
