REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Margaret Ndinda Kivila, of P.O. Box 349–80202, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 5.2 hectares or thereabout, known as Malindi/Fundisa/Adu/ Kanagoni/Kambicha/794, by virtue of certificate of title, situate in the Kilifi County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
