REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rose Chepkorir Tonui, of P.O. Box 302–20406, Sotik in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kericho/Chemagel/1779, by virtue of a certificate of title, situate in Bomet County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
