THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Duncan Nganga Thairu (ID/13676373) and (2) Peter Kamunyu Getao (ID/4855068), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 0.2024 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the Nyandarua County, registered under title No. Nyandarua/Karati/8740, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
