WHEREAS Shomari Hamud Sombo, is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interestof Plot No. 2006/VI/MN, situated on west of Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, as registered under title No. C.R. 10900, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of Sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period Dated the 15th May, 2026.
