REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ali Noordin Mohamed, of P.O. Box 1–80108, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya is registered as proprietor of freehold ownership interest of land Subdivision No. 1989/II/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered under title No. C.R. 18425, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
