REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mark Maurice Mutevu (deceased), is registered as the proprietor of a leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0113 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 76/101, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 477 of 2016, has issued a grant of administration and certificate of grant in favour of Matilda Mutheu Mutevu, of P.O. Box 17837–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
