REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Abubakar Said Salim Bakhresa and (2) Ruwayda Abubakar Said Bakhresa, both of P.O. Box 89913–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of leasehold ownership interest of Plot No. Mombasa/Block XXVI/437, containing 0.0911 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period Dated the 15th May, 2026.
