REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mercy Wakiuru Munyari, of P.O. Box 30059–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that maisonette No. 8 erected on subdivision No. MN/III/4501, situate in Mtwapa in Kilifi District, registered under title No. C.R. 42189, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
