WHEREAS Minetti Marcello, of Loc. Fornace Di San Massimo N. 6, Crixia-SV-17058, Italy, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of the Violla No. 22, erected on portion No. 3395- Malindi, situate in the Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as CR. 59245, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
