E61 OF 2026 By Naftali Okello Odiyo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Ohuru Arodi alais Benson Ouru, who died at Nyalunya Sub-location, on 10th April, 2000. CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2026 By George Onyango Muga, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walyer Nyagunde alias Nyagunde Muga, who died at Mayenya Sub-location, on 1st August, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
