TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2026 By Mbula Mutinda, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kilango Musilo alias Kilango Musilo, who died at Twaandu, on 14th April, 1989. CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2026 By Nicholas Mutulu Kaviti, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaviti Kitonga Kithembe alias Kaviti Kitonga, who died at District Hospital, Makueni in Kenya, on 9th July, 2010. THE KENYA GAZETTE 8th May, 2026 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
