TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
8th May, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE
CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2026
By (1) Frankline Mutembei, (2) Lawrence Muthuri, (3) Erustus
Gikunda and (4) Jacob Murithi, all of P.O. Box 2660–60200, Meru in
Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Murungi M’Arimi, who died at Kiija, on 20th
March, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
