CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026 By (1) Naisenke Rianto ene Memusi and (2) Maria ene Kipetuan, both of P.O. Box 94, Ngong in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kindi Peter Memusi, who died at Ewuaso Kedong, on 16th May, 2025.
