TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2026 By (1) Jane Kanana Gichunge and (2) Tina Kendi Mwirigi, both of P.O. Box 776–60202, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and child, respectively, for a grant of probate with written will to the estate of Titus Mwirigi Kirigia, who died at Subuiga, on 10th January, 2026.
