NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 618, in Volume D1, Folio 319/600, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Mohamed Ali Gedi, of P.O. Box 21818– 00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mohamed Alio Maalim, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Mohamed Alio Maalim, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mohamed Ali Gedi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mohamed Ali Gedi only.
