NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 9th April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 56, in Volume B-13, Folio 22872/2493, File No. 1637, by our client, Felix Ogaro Ogaro, of P.O. Box 2382–20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Felix Ogaro Gekonge, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Felix Ogaro Gekonge, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Felix Ogaro Ogaro, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Felix Ogaro Ogaro only.
