Box 14185–20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as David Copeland Agape Ayo Menya, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name David Copeland Agape Ayo Menya, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name David Christlike Agape Ayo Menya, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name David Christlike Agape Ayo Menya only.
