NOTICE is issued in pursuant to the provision of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) to the owners of the scrap and salvage Motor Vehicles mentioned below to take delivery of the said Items from Auto Weichai Center Limited, within fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication upon payment of all accrued bills including storage charges up to the date of taking delivery the cost of this publication. Particulars: KDL 932B, Toyota Crown; KDD 617S-Toyota Axio; ZG 0715-Trailer Failure to which Auto Weichai Center Limited, will sell the said scrap and salvage vehicles without further reference to the owners either by public auction or by private treaty. The proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all the accrued charges The balance if any shall remain to the owners credit but should there be any shortfall, the owners shall be liable Dated the 6th May, 2026.
