NOTICE is given pursuant to the provision of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners of motor vehicle registration No. KBK 750B, Nissan B15, to take delivery of the said motor Vehicle which is lying at Malcom Yard, along Eastern Bypass, behind Maxi Luxury Hotel, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with interest and costs of publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed of either by public auction, tender or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner(s); Dated 27th April, 2026 KEN M.
