THE PHYSICAL AND LAND USE PLANNING ACT

PURSUANT to the provisions of sections 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above Development Plan was completed on the 7th May, 2025. Copies of the Development plan as prepared have been deposited for Public Inspection at the offices of the County Executive Committee Member and County Director of Physical Planning, Ardhi House, Migori County. The Copies of the plan so deposited is available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the above-mentioned addresses between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., on working days. Any interested person(s) who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Director of Physical Planning, P.O. Box 195–40400, Suna, Migori, within sixty (60) days from the date of this publication and any such representation or objection shall state grounds on which it is made. Date the 20th April, 2026.
