THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ngure Muigai (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kijabe/Kijabe Block 1/2013, containing 2.02 hectares or thereabout, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Naivasha in Succession Cause No. 29 of 2010, has issued grant and confirmation letters to David Muigai Ngure, and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue the land title deed to David Muigai Ngure, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ngure Muigai (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
