GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6725

WHEREAS Muteele Masango Musava (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Makueni, known as Makieni/Kitise/2271, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Makueni in Succession Cause No. E90 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Kaloki Masango and (2) Katithi Masango Kavaa, and whereas the said court has executed land application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of RL 19, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Muteele Masango Musava (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in the name of (1) Kaloki Masango and (2) Katithi Masango Kavaa, and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Muteele Masango Musava (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
