GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6722

WHEREAS Robert Muchangi Ndwiga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.43 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Embu, known as Kyeni/Kigumo/7701, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Runyenjes in Succession Cause No. E81 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Pauline Kagendo Kariuki and (2) John Kariuki, and whereas the said (1) Pauline Kagendo Kariuki and (2) John Kariuki have executed an application to be registered as proprietors by transmission In respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the said land title deed has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of (1) Pauline Kagendo Kariuki and (2) John Kariuki, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Robert Muchangi Ndwiga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
