THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS J. J. Ngure alias Joseph Jeremiah Ngure alias Joseph Ngure Njoroge (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Nyeri/Municipality Block 2 (Jumea Village)/1119 containing 0.0304 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kiambu in Succession Cause No. E95 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation og grant to Jane Njeri Njoroge, as administrator and beneficiary, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of the said Jane Njeri Njoroge, and upon such registration the said land title deed issued earlier to the said J. J. Ngure alias Joseph Jeremiah Ngure alias Joseph Ngure Njoroge (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 8th May, 2026. N. G.
