THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Christoper Kagunyu Gitau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.45 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Gatundu, registered under title No. Ndarugu/Gathaite/3409, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. E17 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Wanja Gitau Njoora (ID/3055640), of P.O. Box 145, Kanjuku in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Wanja Gitau Njoora (ID/3055640), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Christoper Kagunyu Gitau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
